Pay: $20 - $29 an hour
OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to assist with workload from April through July. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role responsible for managing day‑to‑day service desk operations, supporting end users, and delivering white‑glove support to executives and non‑technical field users. This role is non‑managerial and requires someone who can step in quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and work service desk tickets through a ticketing system (any platform)
- Answer help desk phone line and provide timely troubleshooting support
- Deliver high‑touch, white‑glove support to executives and business users
- Support non‑technical users in office and field environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Intune
- Remote access tools (Log Me In or similar)
- Own tickets end‑to‑end and communicate clearly with users throughout resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong communication and follow‑up
- 3–7 years of experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk role preferred
- Experience working in a structured service desk environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable supporting executives and non‑technical users
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Intune
- Remote access tools
- Experience using any ticketing system
- College degree preferred
