Data Specialist
Salary: $55,000 per year

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Specialist to process, validate, and manage client payroll data. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and supporting technology initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Review and validate client payroll data before uploading
- Identify and resolve data issues
- Upload and manage payroll data within software systems
- Generate custom reports and perform quality checks
- Input and manage data from multiple sources
- Create test datasets for new system features
- Collaborate with the technology team on projects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working with both clean and complex data
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and open to expanding technical responsibilities
