Quorum Data Conversion Landman – Houston, TX; On-Site

PLM is seeking Land Data Analysts and one Project Lead to support a large-scale data conversion initiative in Houston, TX – In-Office. This project involves converting physical land files into the Quorum digital system.

In-office presence in Houston, TX is required and non-negotiable.

• Convert physical land records into Quorum software
• Perform structured data entry and digital file conversion
• Validate migrated land data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and index digital records within Quorum
• Support quality control during large-scale data migration
• For Project Lead: oversee workflow and coordinate data conversion team efforts

• Proficiency with Quorum software (Required)
• Experience with digital file conversion, data migration, or structured data entry
• High attention to detail and document organization skills
• Ability to work in-office in Houston, TX
