Desktop Support Technician

Location:

Houston Airport

Duration:
Long-Term Contract

Rate: $25 per/hr

• Desktop and laptop deployments, installations and Troubleshooting
• Printer and peripheral hardware installations and Troubleshooting
• Other Digital Technology hardware categorized as part of the TBT Project
• Application configuration and installation
• General Field Services Delivery tasks in support of TBT
• Complete logistics management and transport for TBT end user devices
• Asset tracking and management of all United Airlines asset tagged equipment

• Network infrastructure (1+ years’ experience preferred)
• CCTV and access control system troubleshooting/support experience
• Copper and fiber testing and deployment experience
• PC Imaging/deployment (1+ years’ experience preferred)
• PC printer/peripheral hardware (1+ years’ experience preferred)
• PC/Laptop Hardware End User Support (1+ years’ experience preferred)
• Windows 10 & Windows 11 support experience
• Enterprise software and hardware installation/configuration support experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain excellent reporting and documentation skills
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Provide superior customer service and interaction
• Ensure dependable and reliable service delivery
