Roles

IT Business Analyst:

Focus on designing, automating, and integrating business processes.
Collaborate between IT and business teams to drive sustainable improvements.
Participate in daily support activities, ensuring systems and infrastructure reliability.
Engage in technology reviews, vendor assessments, and operational process execution.
Document and present technical designs to senior management.
Work on key projects under the guidance of a senior staff mentor.

IT Developer:

Concentrate on designing, developing, and automating application components.
Collaborate with non-SAP GTS COE and Solution Architects on application development.
Participate in team discussions on approach, planning, and development.
Consult with experienced technologists on solution implementation decisions.
Document and present technical designs to peers and senior management.
Work with your manager mentor to develop key projects or initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or a related field
Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio).
Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
Effective at transferring technical knowledge and working in cross-functional teams.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
