We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Technology Liaison to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Analyze and define business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate sized projects of limited complexity.

* Formulate and define system scope and objectives, interfacing with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.

* Collect and translate business or functional requirements into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes.

* Support testing and training efforts for new or enhanced applications and systems, while identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with technology teams to enhance business applications.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.

* Technical experience preferred.

* Ability to use general knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control to support improved business processes through technology.

* No direct reports; may provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
