Position Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing transcript production processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all work products. This role will lead a team responsible for transcript processing, exhibit handling, and hard copy shipping. The position partners closely with Client Support, Status In Progress, Sales, and Billing to ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations. Additional responsibilities include exhibit inventory management, developing document security procedures, and coordinating shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support the production team to ensure high performance.
  • Prioritize daily workload and assign tasks based on operational needs.
  • Maintain exceptional client service standards with timely communication and response.
  • Monitor productivity, performance, and quality using KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all security and confidentiality policies.
  • Oversee physical exhibit inventory, document handling workflows, and secure shipping processes.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • 4+ years supervisory or management experience in a high‑volume environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing team performance, quality metrics, and deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with technology, digital file management, and workflow systems
Preferred:
  • Experience leading teams using KPIs and SLAs
  • Background in the legal industry or a similar fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment
