Job purposeThe Vice President, Digital Integration/Technology is an integral member of the CHIME team investigating, implementing, managing, and evaluating digital technology for use by CHIME in supporting all its technology initiatives. The Vice President, Digital Integration/Technology reports to the EVP, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer as senior technology leader responsible for driving the strategic vision, governance, and operational excellence of the organization’s digital technology ecosystem.
This role provides direct oversight of the Digital Integration/Technology Director and leads the development and enforcement of comprehensive technology policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. This role ensures that digital solutions, systems integrations, and infrastructure support broader organizational goals. This leader is responsible for evaluating and implementing new technology development initiatives that align with enterprise strategies defined by the EVP, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer.
The Vice President, Digital Integration/Technology will serve as the central point of coordination between the CHIME organization and all technology vendors to ensure the cohesive operations, integration, and support of all systems.
- Translate enterprise strategies from the EVP into actionable technology plans, integration priorities, and innovation roadmaps.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the EVP on emerging technologies, risks, and modernization opportunities.
- Align technology vision with business priorities across departments including operations, digital marketing, compliance, and product development.
- Provide executive oversight and leadership to the Digital Integration-Technology Director.
- Ensure seamless connectivity across platforms, systems, and customer-facing technologies to enable data-driven and agile operations.
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve technology-related policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and IT governance models.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, legal, and risk management functions to develop enforceable technology standards.
- Lead the exploration, assessment, and implementation of new technology solutions that support strategic growth and transformation.
- Evaluate new platforms, tools, or systems for adoption—focusing on scalability, ROI, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Champion pilot programs and proof-of-concept efforts to validate technology use cases before enterprise-wide adoption.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Digital Marketing, Operations, Creative and Data Analytics teams.
- Responsible for the overall CHIME technology technical and data architecture.
- Establishes standards and data requirements for the entire CHIME ecosystem.
- Develop, implement, deploy CHIME technology integration plan.
- Implement technology products and systems within CHIME to best meet the current and future needs of the association.
- Evaluate past, present, and future technology products and systems to ensure cohesiveness within the systems, efficiency, and effectiveness to the benefit of CHIME.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between CHIME and all technology vendors to ensure the cohesive operations of all systems.
