We are seeking a Delivery & Staffing Manager with a software engineering or deeply technical background to support staffing coordination and delivery enablement across multiple client product engagements. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, focused on alignment, visibility, and flow rather than direct people management. You’ll help ensure the right teams are in place at the right time and that transitions across engagements are thoughtful, efficient, and built for long-term success.

• Coordinate staffing across multiple concurrent client engagements
• Partner with delivery, product, and technical leads to align team composition to project needs
• Maintain visibility into capacity, utilization, and upcoming staffing requirements
• Identify staffing risks, constraints, and tradeoffs and proactively surface them
• Support project kickoffs, team ramps, and transitions between engagements
• Enable consistent communication and alignment across product, design, and engineering teams

• Background in software engineering or a strongly technical role
• Experience supporting delivery across multiple projects, teams, or clients
• Strong understanding of cross-functional product teams
• Clear, confident communicator who enjoys facilitating collaboration
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Product studio, consultancy, or agency experience
• Familiarity with Agile or modern product delivery practices
