Work experiences you could be exposed to:

* Market Dynamics:
Immersing yourself in primary research and collaborate with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.

* Operational Excellence:
Support operational improvement by developing process maps to understand as-is and to-be scenarios of application packages solutions, such as SAP or Salesforce, to meet client needs

* Stakeholder Engagement:
Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements collaborating with diverse teams to capture and synthesizing essential information.

* Project Exposure:
Gain hands on experience shadowing product teams and enterprise-wide data integrations. Contribute to data analytics assessments and actively participate in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success

* Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment

* Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints

* Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges

* Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Can understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions

* Exposure to one of the following packaged application solutions (SAP, Oracle) is a plus

* Demonstrate foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data driven recommendations

* Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management

* Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results

* Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands

* Majors: MIS, Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources

* Certifications/Programs: SAP University Alliances exposure; SAP S/4

HANA fundamentals or Certification (i.e., C_IEE2E SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - End-to-End Business Processes for the Intelligent Enterprise)

* Experience:

ERP class projects, capstone migrations, internships on ERP teams, exposure to FI/CO, MM, SD or logistics processes

* Skills/Tech: SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, process mapping, basic ABAP awareness a plus

* Other: client-facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills

* Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements

* Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
