** About the role
** This role will serve as a senior Business Analysis lead, acting as the critical bridge between Claims business stakeholders and technology execution teams to ensure Claims initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered in alignment with our Claims Technology North Star. The role focuses on driving business clarity, process optimization, and measurable operational outcomes through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with Claims leadership, operations, business analysts, and technology teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions are grounded in business need, operationally viable, and strategically aligned.#
** How you will create impact
*** Build deep understanding of Claims business processes, operational workflows, and
* performance drivers to identify, articulate, and address critical business needs.
* Engage, build, and cultivate strong partnerships with Claims stakeholders and IT partners,
* contributing to strategy, business design, and transformation planning.
* Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources through requirements definition, Agile
* planning, and delivery milestones.
* Partner with business and technology teams to determine requirements, priorities, process
* improvements, and solution approaches that advance the Claims Technology North Star.
* Facilitate and document business process flows, data mappings, functional requirements, and
* business rules to ensure clarity and consistency across delivery teams.
* Provide business leadership and accountability across project execution, including monitoring
* outcomes and supporting executive reporting and decision-making.#
** What you will need to succeed
*** Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry;
Claims domain
* experience preferred.
* Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business, operations, and
* technology functions.
* Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale business and process transformation
* initiatives with global impact.
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with a track record of identifying process optimization
* and improvement opportunities.
* Experience working within BPM environments (e.g., Pega or equivalent platforms).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive
* updates, presentations, and structured documentation.
* Proven ability to ask insightful questions, understand complex processes, and identify
* where technology can most effectively enable business outcomes.
* 7+ years of experience supporting end-to-end business analysis, design, and delivery
* within financial services.
* Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, business process design, and enterprise
* change frameworks.
* Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience
