Job Description & How to Apply Below
Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery for applications projects inside a CMMC readiness program. Own schedules, meeting facilitation, documentation control, and evidence tracking so project managers and technical teams stay focused on delivery and remediation.
Core Responsibilities- Drive weekly cadence: schedule/facilitate standups, working sessions, CAB prep, and stakeholder checkpoints; publish clear notes, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain SharePoint/Teams repositories for CMMC evidence (SSP/POA&M artifacts, test results, approvals), enforce version control, and ensure audit‑ready organization.
- Track and chase actions across application development, security, cloud/infrastructure, and data/integration teams until closure.
- Build and update RAID logs, status dashboards, and progress metrics; highlight risks/blocks early with crisp “ask/impact/ETA” context.
- Prepare UAT calendars, entry/exit criteria checklists, and release readouts; help coordinate cutover runbooks and hypercare communications.
- Support Jira/Azure Dev Ops hygiene: sprint boards, backlog grooming logistics, and reporting (burndown, velocity, dependencies).
- Assist with change tickets (ITIL), release documentation, and CAB materials; validate approvals are captured for audit evidence.
- Coordinate logistics for assessments/workshops and readiness reviews; manage distribution lists and stakeholder maps.
- 5+ years in IT project coordination within applications projects (e.g., packaged apps, custom dev, integrations, API work, data migrations).
- Expert at SharePoint/Teams workspace administration and document control; strong Excel/PowerPoint/Visio for reporting and process visuals.
- Working proficiency in Jira and/or Azure Dev Ops for tracking, reporting, and board maintenance.
- Demonstrated rigor with RAID management, minutes/action tracking, and follow‑through across multiple teams.
- Strong written/verbal communication; able to synthesize complex updates for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to CMMC / NIST 800‑171 evidence handling, SSP/POA&M artifact management, and audit prep.
- Familiarity with ITIL change, Service Now, and release governance; basic understanding of secure SDLC and Dev Sec Ops practices.
