YOUR ROLE

The IT Senior Business Analyst plays a key role within CEVA’s North America Delivery organization, serving as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical solution groups. This role is responsible for leading requirements definition, coordinating solution design and configuration, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring the successful delivery of logistics and supply chain technology solutions across CEVA and customer sites.

The analyst partners closely with internal teams, customers, and IT project managers to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose, aligned with project scope, and implemented to CEVA’s professional standards.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Lead requirements‑gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders to define, document, and secure sign‑off on project scope.
  • Act as a consultant and liaison between business teams, technical development/configuration teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and technical needs.
  • Prepare detailed test plans and perform Systems Integration Testing (SIT), validating data exchanges, system configuration, and end‑to‑end process flows.
  • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all issues are documented and resolved.
  • Assist in preparing solutions for live operation, including deployment readiness, cutover activities, and support documentation.
  • Provide onsite and remote support during go‑live and post‑implementation phases across CEVA and customer warehouses in North America.
  • Operate within the CEVA Project Management methodology (CPM) and support the IT Project Manager in delivering project milestones.
  • Lead the Business Analyst workstream on large, complex projects and comfortably take on IT Project Manager responsibilities for smaller initiatives.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities and experience supporting large‑scale IT project life cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain systems, including WMS, TMS, OMS; familiarity with Blue Yonder Discrete, Dispatcher, Manhattan Active is highly valued.
  • Experience operating in various industry verticals (Healthcare, Automotive, Technology, E‑Commerce, Retail, Food, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, and testing software.
Skills & Characteristics
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Broad understanding of warehousing and transportation IT systems and their functional processes.
  • Basic IT project management experience with ability to lead BA work streams.
  • Strong decision‑making skills and ability to work within structured project timelines.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively across all levels of management and operations.
  • Highly competent in managing multi‑stakeholder communication and expectations.
