Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and IT infrastructure, with experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions. Specifically we are looking for Microsoft Azure experience and Oracle experience. Someone who can troubleshoot Cloud, Network or System issues and help improve processes and has IAM and identity experience.

Responsible for developing cloud architecture, optimizing cloud services, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our cloud environments. This role requires a deep understanding of various cloud platforms and technologies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365/Azure administration experience in enterprise environments.

* Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AZ104, AZ305) must-haves

Required

Work Experience:

* Design and implement scalable solutions in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, cloud migration).

* Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning. must-haves.

* Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

* Support and manage Office 365, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra .

* Experience leading cloud infrastructure management/administration

* Proven expertise in Azure cloud services, IaC, and Ansible

* Experience with Service Now, Incident Management, and Change Management. ITIL certification a plus

* Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.

* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational improvement.
