Department:
User Support Services Salary: $12.00 per hour
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Answers IT Service Desk phone
* Provides data entry for User Support Services using an online help desk ticketing system
* Greets UHD students, faculty, staff, and guests in assigned areas
* Provides first-tier technical support to UHD students, faculty, and staff
* Performs opening and/or closing procedures as defined for assigned areas
* Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Internet Browsers, the latest two versions of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of wireless devices
* Have basic software and hardware troubleshooting experience, End-user support
Qualifications:
* Must be a current UHD student
* Must have prior customer service experience
