A leading staffing agency is seeking a Help Desk Support: II to provide first-level IT assistance within a client's LNG facility in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage service tickets, and ensure timely resolution of user-reported problems. With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required, applicants should have familiarity with ticketing systems and a broad knowledge of operating systems and applications.

This role is a 6-month+ assignment with potential for extension.
