Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager for a contract-based role. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT staffing and consulting services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

This is an on-site role located in Canton, OH, where you will work closely with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee project timelines.
  • Experience in IT recruiting, staffing, and consulting services in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Dev Ops, or Cloud Computing is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in problem solving, analytical thinking, and proactive decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a result-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in account management or client-focused roles is an asset.
