SAP MDM Analyst

Experienced SAP MDM Analyst needed to support a complex SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA master data migration. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise in SAP data migration, hands‑on execution, business mapping, testing, and cutover activities across multiple SAP modules.

• Lead and execute master data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Conduct business mapping sessions and map ECC master data to S/4
  
  HANA migration objects.
• Perform data migration using SAP Data Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services (BODS) on SAP HANA.
• Analyze SAP tables and views for data extraction, transformation, and load.
• Resolve SAP Data Migration Cockpit errors and data quality issues.
• Design and execute LSMW programs for data upload.
• Develop and execute BDC/BAPI custom upload programs.
• Support migration of master data for FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, and EHS modules.
• Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support cutover activities and provide post‑migration troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve issues and meet project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP data migration experience, including S/4
  
  HANA implementation and support projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit, including error handling.
• Strong experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) on SAP HANA database.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA master data structures, tables, views, and migration objects.
• Experience with LSMW, BDC, and BAPI-based data migration.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data across multiple functional areas.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong teamwork, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• SAP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and integration scenarios is a plus.
