Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in systems development and implementation in Healthcare Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Epic or other Health Information Systems, including application support and development tools.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist and support other analysts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills in a healthcare environment.
