Sr SAP Systems Manager – Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse group of stakeholders, aligning SAP solutions with business strategy and operational needs.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, understanding impacts to end-to-end processes and organizational change management.
Ensure all solutions adhere to SAP best practices to maintain system supportability, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
Oversee the stability, performance, and ongoing support of SAP systems.
Lead the successful delivery of SAP initiatives using a blend of internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Provide guidance and support to end users to ensure adoption and optimal system utilization.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4
HANA and Fiori, with the ability to clearly articulate business value and lead solution design and visioning.Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, paired with strong execution and delivery capabilities.
Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and build stakeholder consensus.
Proven leadership experience, including vendor management and team coaching.
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while delivering results using standard project management methodologies.
Prior SAP development experience preferred.
SAP certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
