As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - UST, you will be part of the technical support department supporting enterprise clients and service teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - UST

Location: Houston, Texas

• Provide onsite technical support for HP printing press systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of printing equipment in customer environments.
• Deliver reactive and proactive activities aligned with Service Level Agreements to maintain high customer loyalty.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing test equipment and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery and foster positive customer relationships.

• Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, field service management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and technical services.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and travel up to 50% for customer support and training.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
