NCino Tech Lead

The nCino Tech Lead will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical leadership across Salesforce and nCino implementations.

This role includes preparing technical designs, converting business requirements into technical specifications, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable banking solutions.

The position requires deep knowledge of the nCino Banking Operating System, Salesforce development best practices, loan origination processes, and Dev Ops methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Lead technical deliverables across Salesforce and nCino solution implementations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business system analysts.
• Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within Salesforce and the nCino Banking Operating System.
• Analyze complex business processes and propose technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Develop and optimize Salesforce integrations, asynchronous Apex, and other Salesforce development components.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to onshore and offshore technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Oversee and support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and the overall Salesforce release management process.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino development best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Utilize Dev Ops tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, ANT, Flosum, Prodly) to support deployment automation and release pipelines.
• Support nCino configurations and administration including objects, product hierarchy, and platform tools.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of nCino Banking Operating System including objects, administration, and loan origination processes.
• Proficiency with Apex, asynchronous Apex, REST/SOAP integrations, and other Salesforce technical components.
• Experience transforming functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops tools such as Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or Prodly.
• Experience managing or leading offshore development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and secure development standards.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce product hierarchy, nCino admin tooling, and nCino workflow customizations.
• Experience with process automation, integrations, and nCino-related extensions.

• Salesforce certifications (Developer/Admin/Architect-level preferred).
