Your Mission You’ll be the internal expert for our Git Hub Enterprise platform, not just administering it but elevating it. From automation to governance, from developer enablement to secure pipelines, you’ll help our engineers deliver quality software with confidence and consistency, and Build On maintain its reputation as the go-to software partner for the homebuilding and construction industries.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It):

• Administer Git Hub Enterprise org settings, teams, and permission models, with an eye on security and developer ease.
• Assist development teams in organizing, maintaining, and optimizing repositories and workflows.
• Build and maintain Git Hub Actions pipelines that actually make CI/CD feel good.
• Help teams design workflow files and automation for consistency, reliability, and ease of use.
• Partner with Systems and Engineering leadership to integrate Git Hub with container registries and deployment automation.
• Create actionable documentation, best practice guides, internal standards, and teaching resources that developers actually use.
• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate Git Hub feature updates, security alerts, and AI tooling improvements (including Git Hub Copilot adoption).
• Support migration of pipelines and repos from Azure Dev Ops.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Git Hub Enterprise or similar platforms (Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab, Bitbucket).
• A solid grasp of CI/CD concepts and hands-on automation pipeline work.
• Familiarity with repos, branching strategies, workflow governance, and permission models.
• Someone who learns fast, teaches well, and enjoys helping teams grow their craft.
• Comfortable writing or modifying automation scripts and workflow files.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, across developers, systems, and leadership.

Bonus: experience with Kubernetes/Open Shift, Git Hub Advanced Security, automation tooling, and developer-focused AI tools.
