Digital Marketing Manager

- Lead the digital media planning process for the national advertising plan, including programmatic, paid media channels, and premium digital sponsor ships (paid search, online video, digital audio, display, social media, influencer marketing, and other programs).
- Manage and continually optimize all websites, microsites, and franchisee resource webpages, ensuring a consistent UX‑UI experience across digital platforms for both consumers and franchisees.
- Own the SEO and paid‑search strategy and execution—implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings and
710 - Plan, execute, and optimize digital media performance across paid search, digital video, and other performance media channels.
- Track, analyze, and report website statistics and paid‑media performance using a range of digital KPIs across analytics platforms.
- Develop and execute the social‑media strategy to drive brand affinity and engagement.
- Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams on digital creative development.
- Utilize digital trends and insights to influence the digital innovation roadmap and manage relevant innovation projects.
- Drive digital competency and proficiency across the JLI organization and provide solutions to support the franchisee network.
- Demonstrate ongoing measurement and tangible returns across all digital initiatives.

- Preferred master’s degree; at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital media, marketing technologies, and performance‑driven campaigns.
- Prior experience in automotive service, retail operations, or franchise marketing strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google or Adobe), CRM software (Salesforce), and digital advertising platforms (Google, You Tube, The Trade Desk, Meta, Tik Tok) is strongly preferred.
- Experience utilizing first‑party data and integrating with front‑end web systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, campaign performance, and digital KPIs.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results quickly and efficiently.
- Highlyirlpool Motivated and capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into clear, actionable insights خوبی related to both internal teams and franchisees.
Salary range: $122,000 – $182,000 per year.
Position is eligible for relocation.
