Senior Learning & Development Program Leader – Supply Chain & Digital (Hybrid)
An enterprise client's operations team is undergoing a major transformation and is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Program Leader to design, launch, and manage a comprehensive L&D program supporting Supply Chain and Digital professionals
. This high‑visibility contract role will focus on building the learning strategy, architecture, and operating model required to upskill global teams and support HP’s future capability needs. The role partners closely with Enterprise Operations leadership, People & Talent teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization.
- Build and implement an Enterprise Operations Learning & Development strategy aligned with future supply chain and digital skill requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver learning programs, curricula, and structured training pathways for global teams.
- Assess current capabilities, identify skill gaps, and recommend appropriate learning solutions, including internal programs and external vendors.
- Lead the rollout and execution of learning initiatives, ensuring quality delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Introduce modern, innovative learning approaches suitable for hybrid and globally distributed teams.
- Partner with HP’s People Organization and Corporate Talent teams to ensure alignment, governance, and consistency.
- Drive change management, communication, and engagement strategies to support learning adoption.
- Define KPIs and success metrics and measure impact across learning outcomes, business performance, and employee development.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on capability development initiatives.
- Manage vendor partnerships, project timelines, and program budgets, as applicable.
- 10+ years of experience leading Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development in a global or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience creating, scaling, and managing enterprise‑level L&D programs.
- Strong knowledge of modern learning methodologies, instructional design, and L&D technologies.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain or Digital organizations is highly preferred; familiarity with the SCOR model is a plus.
- Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and measure program impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives, lead change, and drive adoption across large organizations.
- Experience leading L&D initiatives within a large multinational organization.
- Background in Performance Management, Leadership Development, or Talent Strategy.
- Experience with vendor management, budget oversight, and global program execution.
- Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory, blended learning models, and LMS platforms.
Mandatory:
Ability to work on‑site in Houston/Spring, TX, three days per week.
