Senior Delivery Manager – Compugen Systems, Inc.

Position Overview:

A results‑driven Senior Delivery Manager will lead technology delivery across complex, large‑scale programs and drive successful execution of digital initiatives. The role defines and executes delivery strategies, manages high‑performing engineering and cross‑functional teams, and ensures strong alignment between technology delivery, business objectives, and customer outcomes.

• Define and execute delivery strategies for enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Manage high‑performing engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure alignment between technology delivery, business objectives, and customer outcomes.
• Support delivery of IT and business services, including infrastructure, cloud, application, and end‑user support.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and quality initiatives; maintain SLA, KPI, and contract compliance.
• Guide clients through operational maturity assessments, service optimization road‑maps, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with consulting and sales teams to propose and execute strategic solutions and change programs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including service leads, consultants, and technical SMEs; coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Own account‑level P&L, budget planning and resource allocation; support renewals, expansions and transformation engagements.
• Serve as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor for managed services clients; lead executive‑level discussions and governance forums.
• Measure performance by delivery metrics: milestone achievement, release reliability, defect rates, stakeholder satisfaction and value realization; track leadership indicators such as team engagement and retention.

• Seasoned technology delivery leader with proven track record of scaling agile delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholders, consistently exceeding quality, timeline and performance expectations.
• Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA or management consulting background a strong asset.
• Certifications:
  
  ITIL Foundation required; PMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL Intermediate/Expert are plus.
• Strong client‑relationship, consulting and governance skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid delivery models.
• Background in digital transformation, infrastructure, applications or cybersecurity services.
• ITIL Foundation (required); PMP, Six importancia or ITIL Intermediate/Expert is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field; MBA or Management Consulting background a strong asset.
