• Title: Data Scientist
• Location: 100% remote
• Duration: 6+ months Contract
• Compensation: $58-$64/hr
• Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US;
  Mon‑Fri 8am to 5pm Central Time

A Data Scientist learns the job while performing hands‑on analytics and modeling.

• Process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks
• Develop models and dashboards
• Learn the job while performing hands‑on analytics and modeling
• Help business partners make more profitable decisions based on customer and prospect insights

• Fully remote

• 0‑3 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with statistical software and database languages

• Experience using data science to improve customer experience and business profitability
• Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline
• Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, Num Py, pandas, scikit‑learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of methods such as frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing
• Proficiency with version control
• Experience with reading and writing data in the cloud
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across functions with strong persuasive and informative speaking skills
