Overview

Protege Hunters has an immediate Direct Hire Opportunity with a Global Leader. Ideal candidate will be a Strategic VP of Information technology with the ability and proven track record to grow an IT division and take ownership. This person will need to have solid ERP and F/A experience with Sage.

• Visionary & results-oriented Strategic Vice President of Information Technology who will take complete ownership of our technology landscape, ensuring IT functions as a primary driver of business growth and competitive advantage. Responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives, fosters a culture of accountability, and ensures robust, scalable, and secure operations.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team
  , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and strong personal ownership for projects and outcomes.
• Manage the IT budget with fiscal responsibility, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with executive leaders and department heads to understand technology needs, build consensus, and ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.

• Building relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• 8-10 years as a VP of Information Technology.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and navigate a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Deep business acumen and an analytical mindset.
• Deep hands‑on experience including application of systems.
• Extensive background with ERP implementations.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAGE 300 - SAGE INTUIT is mandatory.
• Benchmark and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure.
• 10+ years responsible for managing and directing IT operations.
• Evaluate company needs and requirements to provide excellent client service.
• Spearhead multiple client service delivery teams.
• Utilize technical and financial operation/transformation knowledge to identify complex client issues.
• Lead and support business development activities.
• Assist advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems.
• Develop and evolve methodologies and intellectual capital.
