Information Technology Project Manager (Implementation)

We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise back‑office systems and software implementations. This role focuses on translating end‑user pain points into practical system solutions, overseeing third‑party vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high adoption.

The Project Manager will own projects from discovery through go‑live, working closely with Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners. Example initiatives may include implementing HCM platforms (such as Workday or Oracle HCM), budgeting and planning tools, expense management systems, procurement platforms, or other enterprise software solutions. Prior HCM experience is helpful but not required.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate what work was done, why decisions were made, and how outcomes were achieved.

• Lead end-to-end back‑office system implementations
• Gather and document business requirements by engaging end users and stakeholders
• Manage third‑party vendors, integrations, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate UAT, change management, training, and go‑live activities
• Provide clear status reporting and recommendations to leadership

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating between business and technology teams and thrives in complex, cross‑functional environments.
