SAP PCS Lead

We are looking for a SAP PCS Lead with deep Aerospace & Defense discrete manufacturing experience to lead SAP S/4

HANA manufacturing implementations for aircraft OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.

• Proven Aerospace & Defense discrete manufacturing experience
• Must have supported aircraft manufacturing clients (e.g., Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, Boeing, Airbus suppliers)
• Strong hands‑on SAP experience in:
  • SAP PCS / PP (S/4
    
    HANA)
  • MBOMs, Routings, Work Centers
  • Shop Floor Execution & Production Orders
• Experience with Parameter Effectivity and aircraft configuration control
• Strong understanding of PLM and MES integrations

• Lead PCS workstream requirement gathering with business process owners
• Conduct Fit‑to‑Standard / Workshop A demos and presentations
• Configure and document SAP S/4
  
  HANA manufacturing processes
• Author functional specifications for custom developments
• Own key design decisions, process flows, and documentation
• Lead testing strategy (standard & custom objects)
• Support change management, reporting, and authorization design
• Manage production scenarios including:
  • MTS & MTO with WBS / Collective Orders
  • Subcontracting & external processing
  • Production order kitting, confirmations, GR
  • Batch‑managed goods issue and reversals
  • Rework and production order splitting
  • Availability checks and shortage reporting

• Strong S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience
• Integration with PLM and MES systems
• Knowledge of:
  • ECM & revision management
  • MRP, scheduling, and costing views
  • Classification and material master design

• High‑visibility role on complex A&D manufacturing programs
