Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. This role manages all aspects of the project lifecycle—planning, development, testing, and deployment—to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into effective SCM solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective system usage.
- Continuously monitor the system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Proficiency in Order Management: deep understanding of order-to-cash processes.
- Expertise in Procurement: strong background in purchase order management, supplier management, and procurement analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management: planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s or relevant Oracle certifications are advantageous.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, scheduling, and control.
- Experience in Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management, supplier qualification, and performance management.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems.
- Experience in project management.
- Business analysis capabilities.
- Change management experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
