About the IT ES Group:

The IT Enterprise Systems (ES) office is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the University's key administrative applications, such as the People Soft Student Records application. The Enterprise Systems group conducts computer programming, troubleshooting, and database administration, as well as application training and user support.

Duties

* Will work closely with programmers and database administrators

* Assists with development and technical documentation of dashboards, reports, and SQL queries

* Support the group with administrative and project-related tasks (meeting notes, project update reports, task follow-ups)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Power BI knowledge preferred

* Strong programming skills

* Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills

* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

* Must be available 20 hours per week

Qualifications

* Must be a current UHD undergrad / graduate student

* Must be in good standing with the university

* Graduate student in Masters in Data Analytics Program preferred
