• Experience with in Energy or Commodities is essential
• Expert‑level Python skills — passionate about coding and problem‑solving daily.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in Data Science / Machine Learning, developing and deploying Machine Learning models, preferably in NLP, LLM and Generative AI domains
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch , or Transformers
• Proven track record of building, deploying, and scaling models in production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence at C-suite level and with Trader’s.

• You will design, prototype, and deploy models that tackle some of the most complex challenges in commodities, energy trading, and risk analytics.
• As an ML Engineer you will work closley with a lean team of talented ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers to deliver machine learning models and applications.
• The ML Engineer will have visibility and impact across the full project workflow: from working with business stakeholders to helping define project, to data collation and processing, exploratory analysis, model selection/ tuning, and implementation of production models.
• Design and deliver advanced models in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and NLP.
• Own the end-to-end concept / ML lifecycle — from data exploration to production deployment.
• Establish best practices for ML Ops, model monitoring, and scalable deployment.
• Be familiar with R&D, PoC methods with ability to explain complex issues in simple terms with end users
• Partner with front office/commercial teams to identify high-value use cases.
