Job Title: Workday Business Systems Analyst

Location: Primarily Remote - Houston, TX

Duration: 2+ Months contract (01/05/2026 to 03/13/2026)

Must work on our W2.

We are seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst to support our client’s Workday implementations.

Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago’s Loop.

We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local government & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

• Implementing and supporting Workday solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations.
• Configuring and customizing Workday applications to align with client-specific requirements.
• Conducting data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
• Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Workday applications.

Workday Financials – Advanced (6‑9 years experience)

$129.28/hr depending on experience.
