Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Ezee Fiber’s paid media initiatives. This role is responsible for driving growth through data‑informed strategies, managing performance across all paid channels, and building scalable frameworks for reporting and optimization. The successful candidate will balance hands‑on campaign execution with strategic oversight, partnering with internal teams and agency partners to deliver measurable results across markets.

Essential Functions
Media Ownership & Execution
  • Own end‑to‑end execution and optimization across all paid media channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search (Google/Bing), You Tube, Display, CTV, OOH, Retargeting, and emerging channels across both Residential and Business lines of business.
  • Act as the in‑house performance owner alongside agency partners, overseeing daily pacing, budget reallocations, campaign launches, and in‑flight optimizations to ensure accurate, timely execution across markets.
  • Partner with agencies on ongoing and ad‑hoc initiatives, including rapid launches, creative refreshes, test‑and‑learn pilots, and priority business needs.
  • Translate high‑level strategy and business objectives into actionable channel plans, aligned to funnel stage, market readiness, and LOB priorities.
  • Analyze performance and underlying data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive data‑backed optimizations, delivering clear, actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and scale results.
Performance Strategy & Optimization
  • Own performance outcomes against core KPIs including CAC, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and volume.
  • Make informed budget tradeoff decisions across channels, markets, and funnel stages to maximize impact.
  • Lead creative testing strategy and performance diagnostics, identifying what drives results.
  • Proactively surface scaling opportunities and performance risks, recommending course corrections before issues escalates.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Own all performance reporting and narratives, translating results into clear insights.
  • QA tracking, attribution, and platform signals to ensure data accuracy and measurement integrity.
  • Build forecasts, pacing models, and scenario analyses to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Convert complex performance data into executive‑ready insights and recommendations.
Agency & Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day owner of agency performance, ensuring accountability and alignment to goals.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and prioritization to agency partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Analytics, Web/CRO, and Product teams to drive integrated performance outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, documentation, and platform standards across channels.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or digital media.
  • Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of You Tube, Pmax, Tik Tok, Reddit, and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience managing or overseeing large budgets across multiple markets.
