As an SAP ISU FICA Consultant, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of SAP FICA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with managers, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Lead design and implementation of SAP FICA solutions

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and create functional specifications

• Oversee integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules and third-party systems

• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICA configuration, customization, and optimization

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for timely delivery

Remote with travel for project milestones

• Extensive experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities

• Proven track record in Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services domains.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in SAP IS Utilities FICA BRF+

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

• Awareness of regulatory, security, and data privacy standards

• Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
