Senior IT and Digital Marketing Recruiter

As a Compliance Analyst you will support the compliance program through due diligence reviews, monitoring activities, and testing of key controls. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and curious—able to recognize patterns, spot inconsistencies, and raise thoughtful questions. The Specialist will collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance with anti-corruption, privacy, cybersecurity, and corporate policies, while contributing to ongoing risk assessments and program improvements.

Pay Range

$80.00/yr - $105.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence reviews of third parties and counter parties, documenting findings and escalating potential risks.
  • Assist with testing and monitoring compliance controls, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and IT-related requirements.
  • Analyze transactions, contracts, and selected system activities for potential compliance issues.
  • Analyze international transactions and project expenditures subject to anti-bribery and corruption laws.
  • Support development and execution of risk assessment frameworks, incorporating both operational and IT risk factors.
  • Partner with IT on access reviews, data retention practices, and system compliance checks.
  • Track emerging regulatory requirements related to privacy, cybersecurity, and recordkeeping.
  • Draft clear, concise reports and compliance summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, IT) to resolve issues and strengthen program effectiveness.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant years of experience commensurate with job level in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software applications.
