• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and value delivery
• Guide the team in identifying and addressing dependencies and risks during planning sessions
• Support the Product Owner in managing the team's backlog and product discovery
• Promote the use of Agile metrics to track team performance and improve quality

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Proven experience in managing SaaS product development or large-scale enterprise solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

• PSM I or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Proven success in leading Agile transitions and fostering collaboration in cross‑functional teams
