As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be given end-to-end responsibility for an individual “module” within a BCG client engagement and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve our clients’ problems. You’ll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions. Working together with clients to understand their issues, you’ll create strategies for change, win buy‑in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.

• Building depth in 2–3 primary technology areas such as data & analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, data management, business IT architecture, software & product management, or tech architecture & data governance.
• Experience with a breadth of tech/digital offerings, including developing roadmaps and current‑state assessments, orchestrating technical program delivery, IT benchmarking, future‑state vendor landscape, supporting IT functions during M&A, communicating cloud provider strategies, and using GenAI.
• Optimizing business and IT processes within complex, matrixed organizations and communicating a clear path forward.
• Delivering data and digital platforms using Agile, Dev Sec Ops , and cloud‑native architectures.

• AI & Data Implementation
  • Lead design, orchestration, and scaling of AI‑driven solutions, including LLM‑based and agentic architectures.
  • Guide teams in evaluating and operationalizing AI systems with monitoring, safety, and cost controls.
  • Enable integration patterns for AI across enterprise systems, workflows, and data environments.
  • Apply expertise in data platforms, ML Ops, and observability to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Advise clients on AI cost management and optimization.
• Technology Stack Transformation
  • Lead enterprise stack assessments and define target architecture across domains (ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM).
