About the Role

Synergen

X / Low T Center is seeking a highly hands‑on Front-End Website Developer/Website Manager to support daily website execution, landing-page development, and front-end optimization for our direct‑to‑consumer healthcare and wellness brand.

This role requires expert‑level CSS
, strong front-end debugging skills, and a deep understanding of conversion‑focused landing-page development
. You will be personally responsible for building, fixing, optimizing, and maintaining Word Press websites in a live production environment—moving quickly from concept to launch and measurable results.

This role is execution‑first
. Candidates must actively code, troubleshoot, and optimize—this is not a strategy‑only or vendor‑management position.

EEOC & Operating Requirement – Onsite Work

Due to business and operating requirements, this position is 100% onsite at our Northwest Houston corporate office (ZIP 77070). Remote work is not available. Relocation or relocation assistance is not available or applicable. The ability to work onsite is an essential function of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and maintain Word Press websites and conversion-focused landing pages
  • Write, edit, and debug expert‑level CSS for layouts, responsiveness, and UI fixes
  • Identify and resolve front‑end issues, bugs, and rendering inconsistencies across browsers and devices
  • Develop and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Execute rapid updates, fixes, and enhancements in a live production environment
  • Ensure mobile‑first design, page speed optimization, and accessibility best practices
  • Implement, validate, and troubleshoot analytics, tags, and tracking events
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ship high‑quality work quickly
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on front‑end website development and management experience in a production environment
  • Expert‑level proficiency in CSS, including layout debugging, responsiveness, and performance optimization
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript/jQuery for front‑end functionality and fixes
  • Proven experience building and optimizing conversion-focused landing pages
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve front‑end bugs efficiently
  • Advanced experience with Word Press, including:
    • Custom and child themes
    • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
    • Plugin customization and configuration
    • Performance, security, updates, and backups
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Hands‑on experience using Google Analytics (GA4), including:
    • Event‑based tracking
    • Conversion setup and validation
    • Navigating and interpreting data following the most recent GA updates
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Search Console
  • Familiarity with heatmaps and session‑recording tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
  • Experience supporting DTC, healthcare, wellness, or regulated brands
Portfolio Requirement (Required)

Applicants must submit a portfolio of live websites or landing pages they personally built or significantly modified.

Work Authorization Requirement
