Job Summary

Meneses Law is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision‑making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies. Essential Functions / Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for business decision‑making.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to support strategic business decisions and improve operations.
  • Create and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose data‑driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and validating data before analysis.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance data collection methods and refine reporting processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills / Abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and creating data‑driven insights.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem‑solving.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis software (Python, R, etc.).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Job Types: Full‑time

Compensation

Earn $50,00 to $70,000 Salary.

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
