Job Salary: $50.27/hr

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Report Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, and Share Point . The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain advanced, high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making.

Experience with
Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier is highly desirable.

The role requires a deep understanding of DAX
, data modeling
, and performance optimization in Power BI, as well as strong collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations, measures, and performance tuning.
• Extract, transform, and load data from Snowflake
  , SQL databases
  , Microsoft Power Platform
  , and Share Point into Power BI.
• Optimize report and dashboard performance through efficient data modeling and query optimization.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support integration and reporting needs involving Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier systems, where applicable.
• Document report specifications, data models, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting workflows using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate
  .
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reports.
• Leverage scripting skills in Python or R to enhance data processing, analytics, and visualization when needed.

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or an MBA with analytics focus.
• Certifications (nice to have): Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate (PL-300);
  Snowflake Certification; relevant Power Platform or Primavera P6 certifications.
• Equivalent experience: Candidates with 4+ years of demonstrable Power BI and Snowflake experience and strong portfolio of delivered reports may be considered in lieu of formal degree.
• Verification: Degree and certification claims subject to verification as part of background and reference checks.
