Data Management Consultant (contract) – KPMG US
This contract role at KPMG US focuses on designing, building, and optimizing enterprise‑grade data models and pipelines for enterprise data management.
Job Description- Experience designing enterprise‑grade dimensional data models based on business processes and entities.
- Experience developing DDL/DML for data models in SQL and dbt.
- Experience developing scalable Python data pipelines with Airflow.
- Experience aligning conceptual and logical data models to cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with Snowflake, cloud native data warehouses, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Experience completing pull request reviews, working with Git Hub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience optimizing the performance of large datasets using different materializations, CDC, and code optimization techniques.
- Experience designing and evaluating solutions for infrastructure and data security.
- Ability to take a big‑picture, technical architectural perspective to design extensible solutions.
- Consumer and Retail data and industry knowledge is a plus.
