Our team is in need of an IT Customer Support Technician. You’ll play a critical role on our team by ensuring our technical operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:- Help our staff solve technology‑related problems so they can work efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
- Speak to customers to help them resolve any VoIP and network‑related issues
- Participate in an on‑call schedule including nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate’s degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
