AI/ML Engineer

Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Lead the company's AI initiatives and greenfield projects.
- Build and deploy agentic Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and LLM decision engines.
- Design, implement and maintain AI lab workflows and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
- Mid‑senior level experience in building production AI systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI, Autogen, Langchain, and related AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of large language models, RAG, and agentic AI concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
