• Lead the company's AI initiatives and greenfield projects.
• Build and deploy agentic Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and LLM decision engines.
• Design, implement and maintain AI lab workflows and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.

• Mid‑senior level experience in building production AI systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Autogen, Langchain, and related AI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of large language models, RAG, and agentic AI concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
