The UX Designer is primarily responsible for creating navigation structures and information designs, constructing prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate designs effectively to product management and development. The role involves developing user-centered design research and usability testing to guide and validate designs. This includes identifying user needs and goals, as well as task and workflow modeling. Usability testing involves rapid iterative testing and in-depth validation to ensure usability and effectiveness.

The candidate should be capable of creating visual designs for desktop software and transactional websites.

Key

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist product management and feature teams in defining functional interaction requirements specifications.
• Develop mockups/prototypes, including user interaction models, information architecture, wireframes, and screen flows.
• Conduct rapid iterative usability testing of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Translate research findings into design modifications to improve products early in the design process.
• Perform validation usability testing to assess if features and products meet business and usability objectives.
• Analyze research data and synthesize actionable recommendations.
