IT Disaster Recovery & Incident Response Manager
We're looking for a skilled leader to own IT disaster recovery and incident response across our large-scale retail organization. If you thrive in high-stakes situations, bring strong project management skills, and know how to keep critical systems running during crises — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing
- Coordinate with security, infrastructure & ops teams
- Ensure systems and data recover fast — with minimal disruption
- Report readiness and incidents to senior leadership
What You Bring:
- 7–10 years in IT project management, recovery, and response
- Experience in large enterprise or retail environments
- Calm under pressure with strong leadership instincts
