• Functional expertise in Inventory Management using either Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Beneficial to have a resource with a good understanding of various BI reporting tools
• Support in requirement gathering, data validation, and ongoing support to other teams such as Data Modeler, ETL, and BI Reporting
• 7+ years of experience as a highly technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting data and analytic software development projects
• Basic understanding of table-level architecture for data mapping from the ERP perspective is advantageous
• Provide guidance in analytics reporting involving scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and adhoc reports
• Leverage domain knowledge and end-user experience to impact the final data visualization product – dashboards, reports, insights, or analyses
• Perform data analysis on different data sources (multiple ERPs), consolidating multiple data sets and analyzing the data accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with reporting and end users to document the As-Is and To-Be state of existing data warehouses, focusing on KPIs and metrics, data models and relationships, business and technical logic, and transformation rules and technical specifications
• Document current and emerging business needs and work with internal and external service providers to define and deliver data and analytics solutions
• Assist with the development of test designs and develop test cases
• Participate in sessions to gather business context from Product Owners, analyze, and document findings
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications and user requirements
• Perform business process analysis to define how data and analytic solutions should be configured to meet those needs
