This opportunity will help shape our new data warehouse and business intelligence environments to support data‑enabled decision making across the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for design, evolution, and governance of the organization’s enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance data platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments. This role will define standards for data modeling, integration, storage, and analytics enablement to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise. This position will also provide technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving BI‑related issues.

• Define enterprise data models, integration patterns, and metadata management standards.
• Architect and oversee data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakehouse environments (Big Query and SAP BW/4
  
  HANA preferred).
• Establish data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data consistency, security, and performance across business units.
• Guide data migration and cloud modernization strategies (e.g., from legacy BW to cloud‑native analytics).
• Utilize data mining techniques and develop data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data.
• Partner with business leads to fulfill analytic and reporting requests as the domain data resource reference; assist in creating and supporting a self‑service style analytics platform among stakeholders.
• Enhance our capability to analyze and "make sense" of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tells a story and helps make better data‑driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain awareness and applicability of new and emerging BI tools and processes.
• Develop standard or custom reports, queries, or dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources and provide ongoing support for data users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Seven years hands‑on experience in a business environment with 5+ years specifically in data architecture and governance leadership.
• Proven track record of building an enterprise data platform.
• A proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve business problems.
• Enterprise analytics stack experience.
• Data engineering and architecture languages/tools:
  Python, Spark, dbt, ETL/ELT frameworks, API data integration, orchestration (Airflow, ADF).
• Strong understanding of best practices in BW/BI data modeling.
• Advanced skills in Power BI or similar software.
• Experience building and defining reports.
• Advanced SQL and Excel knowledge.
• Must have knowledge of SAP data structure.
• Experience with statistical tools and predictive analytics is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Cloud Analytics (Preferred).
