Bizagi Lead BPM Consultant - Onsite

Position Overview

Senior Bizagi Business Process Management (BPM) Developer – responsible for designing, building, and maintaining BPM solutions that integrate with Oracle ERP systems within the Energy & Utilities domain.

• 5+ years of experience in Bizagi BPM development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of JDE/Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience in Supply Chain Management processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics).
• Domain knowledge in Energy & Utilities (e.g., asset management, outage management, regulatory compliance).
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and web services integration.

• Bizagi Developer Certification.
• Experience with other BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Camunda) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and Dev Ops practices.
• Design and implement business process models using Bizagi Studio.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and user interfaces.
• Integrate Bizagi with external systems (e.g., databases, APIs, ERP systems).
• Write scripts and business rules to support process logic.
• Optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
